Deciding the proportion of online to face-to-face components a blended learning course is complex problem that entails many decisions. These decisions are affected by different criteria related nature course, educational institution, teacher, and students. The impact these influential on design process not always obvious. aim this study assist academics successful courses investigating need consideration when deciding course. A modified Delphi survey was used in study. Eighteen experts with experience instructional teaching participated Findings indicate technological aspects, is, Availability technology Students’ access technology, have strong negative components. On other hand, students’ flexibility convenience as well availability high level institutional support should motivate incorporate their courses. results also medium proportions
